From Friday

September 24, 2006

These are from Friday, the last day of sunshine. Since then, it’s been raining pretty consistently.

I had a day off, and:
Rolled out of bed onto my bike and down the hill.
Read the news and National Geographics on the lawn by the docks all morning, then migrated to a coffee shop.
Painted and drew a picture.
Rode my bike to the West Bluff, and read a book in the woods. It was like being in a treehouse, because I was in the woods on a cliff, on some wooden steps high in the trees.
Rode downtown, to get real food. Ate tasty fish on the beach while talking to my cousin, Brandy for a while.
Took pictures:

I like this one, because it has nice, bright colors and texture. Green, white and blue are staple, awesome colors. It’s such a rich, “stay-out” kind of image. No photoshopping, but I did crank up the Cyan & Magenta a little when I printed these.

You don’t know me, but I’d like to build us a house in the trees.

I may have a problem, here.
Is there a support group for people who take too many pictures of themselves?
